Dorothy Louise Lowrance, 95, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was born October 5, 1928, in Los Angeles, California, the youngest of ten children to Antony and Alice (Coleman) Amedeo. She departed this life Friday, April 26, 2024, at her home surrounded with love and family.

At a young age and while living in California her mother surprised her with her very own horse, Diamond. While out riding one day, she met Wayne Lowrance. Diachenko.

Dorothy was a homemaker.   She did work for a short time in the Northrup Airplane factory in California, during the Korean war.

They attended the Four-Square church in California and then attended Open Range Fellowship in Lone Jack after moving to Pleasant Hill. Later she and her family worshipped from home.
