Infant Soul Lively Tyler-Starks was still born Monday, February 13, 2023, at the Saint Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit.

Soul is survived by her parents, Damian Raymon and Sarah Bailey (Starks) Tyler of Oak Grove; paternal grandparents, Darren and Rhonda Tyler of Independence; one brother, Damian Raymon Tyler of Oak Grove; maternal grandmother, Beverly Starks of Pleasant Hill; uncles Adrian (and Jackie) Tyler of Raytown, Justin Starks of Phoenix, Arizona, and Steven (and Nhathiya) Starks and Luke Starks, both of Pleasant Hill; and was preceded in death by one uncle Robert Starks.

Cremation has been accorded. No services are scheduled.
