Jean Cox, 87, Fairway, Kansas was born November 2, 1930 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Dan and Marguerite (Fredrickson) Cox. She departed this life on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the St. Luke's East Hospital, Lee's Summit, Missouri.
She is survived by a son, Raymond Rath and wife Mary Chen, San Marion, California; a grandson; other relatives and friends.
Cremation with no services scheduled. Inurnment will be in the Prospect Hill Cemetery near Blue Rapids, Kansas at a later date.
Funeral arrangments are under the direction of the Stanley-Dickey Funeral Home, Pleansant Hill, Missouri.
