JUDITH A. FORD

Judith Ann Ford, 77, of Independence, Missouri, formerly of Pleasant Hill, was born, July 12, 1941, in Harrisonville, the daughter of James and Bonnie (Reed) Pilant. She departed this life, Thursday, April 18, 2019, at the Centerpoint Medical Center, Independence.

Judy was a 1959, Pleasant Hill High School graduate.

On August 9, 1976, she was united in marriage to Dennis Larry Ford in Strasburg.

Judy had been employed at Western Electric/AT&T in Lee’s Summit.  She was a charter and former member of the Beta Sigma Phi, Pleasant Hill and a member of the Strasburg Baptist Church.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis of Independence; one son, James Dearing; and one step-son Dennis Ford II; other relatives and friends.

Per Judy’s wishes cremation has been accorded. Inurnment was in the Strasburg Cemetery..
