Kenneth L. Thorp, Jr.

Kenneth Lyle Thorp, Jr. 58, of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, was born, July 15, 1964, in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Kenneth Lyle and Dorothy Mae (Comer) Thorp, Sr.  He departed this life Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at the University Health Truman Medical Center in Kansas City.

Kenny was a 1982 Raytown South High School Graduate.  He was employed commercial painter in the Kansas City Area. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Dorothy Thorp, and his sister Carol Blum.

He is survived by his niece Melissa “Missey” Blum and her husband Patrick Williamson of Pleasant Hill; his nephew, Christopher Blum and his wife Stephanie of Overland Park; four great nieces and nephews, Haley Williamson, Hunter Williamson, Lilly Blum, and Jaydin Blum; one aunt, Cordelia “Connie” Fisher of Pleasant Hill; several cousins; other relatives and friends.

Cremation has been accorded. No services are scheduled at this time.
