LAWRENCE W. WATSON

Lawrence West Watson, 69, of Pleasant Hill, was born, November 15, 1948, in Kansas City, the son of David A. and Juanita (Jones) Watson.  He departed this life, Friday, December 22, 2017, at the St. Luke’s East Hospital, Lee’s Summit.

Larry was a 1966 Ruskin High School graduate.

On October 29, 1966, he was united in marriage to Pamela K. Eiserman in South Kansas City.

Larry had been employed as a guitar player and musician.  He traveled all across the country playing guitar in several bands.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his ex-wife Pamela Watson of Pleasant Hill; his son, David Watson of Pleasant Hill; daughter, Leah Watson-Dalton of Kansas City; grandsons, Cole Watson of Pleasant Hill, and Kash Dalton of Raymore; one brother, Ross (and Pat) Watson of Butler; nephews, Jimmy Watson of Hume, and Frank Watson of Raytown; other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held Friday, December 29, 2017, at the funeral home.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 29, 2017, at the funeral home.  Reverend’s Don Rice and Bob Terry officiated. Interment was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
