MARK GUSTIN

William Mark Gustin, 55, of Centerview, Missouri, was born, April 21, 1966, in North Kingston, Rhode Island, the son of William Jerry and Mary Josephine Gustin.  He departed this life unexpectedly on Sunday, August 1, 2021, at his home.

Mark attended Pleasant Hill High School.

On November 4, 1993, he was united in marriage to Donna Ruth Coy in Branson, Missouri.  She preceded him in death on January 27, 2014.

Mark owned and operated the Gustin & Sons Foundation and Flatwork Concrete Company out of Centerview.  He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, trips to the lake and going to Branson; he especially enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

Above all Mark had a strong faith In the Lord and believed that Jesus Christ was his Savior.

Mark was also preceded in death by his mother and one brother, Michael Sherwood Gustin.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Jerry and Sherry Gustin of Lone Jack; three siblings, Jerrine Gustin, Matt (and Stacy) Gustin, and Josinne Gustin (and Shannon Akins), all of Pleasant Hill; other relatives and many friends.

Visitation was held Monday, August 9, 2021, at the funeral home.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at the funeral home. Interment was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.  Casket bearers were Matt Gustin, Josh Gustin, Kyle Gustin, Jared Gustin, Travis Gustin, Trent Gustin, Jake Richcreek, and Shannon Akins.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the V.F.W. Post #3118 Veteran’s Relief Fund and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
