SANDRA D. ANDERSON

Sandra Dee “Sandi” Anderson, 58, of Pleasant Hill, was born, March 14, 1959, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Floyd N. and Jo Ann (Yates) Harris.  She departed this life, Friday, December 1, 2017, at the Lee’s Summit Medical Center.

Sandi was a 1977 Pleasant Hill High School graduate.  She attended Longview and UMKC receiving her Bachelors from UMKC.

On January 25, 1986, she was united in marriage to Gregory P. Anderson in Pleasant Hill.

Sandi was employed as a Dental Hygienist; last working for Dr. Mary K. Mitchell.  She was an active member and past president of the UMKC Dental Hygienist’s Alumni Association.  She was also an active member of the Big Creek Baptist Church, Pleasant Hill.

Sandi was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Greg of the home; two sons, Zachary T. (and Cheyenne) Anderson and Hunter P. Anderson, both of Pleasant Hill; her sister, Beth (and Carl) Bennett of Lee’s Summit; other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held Thursday, December 7, 2017, at the funeral home.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 8, 2017, at the funeral home.  Reverend Todd MacLean officiated.  Cremation was accorded following services.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Big Creek Baptist Church Building Fund and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
