Stella Phelan

Stella St.Clair Phelan, infant daughter of Rebecca and Mark Phelan of Scottsdale, Arizona died on November 6, 2013 at Scottsdale Healthcenter in Scottsdale Arizona.

Stella is survived by her parents; her maternal grandparents, Bill and Julie Hensley of Chanute, Kansas and paternal grandparents Bill and Sara Phelan of Muscatine, Iowa; great grandparents Duane and Gail Rogers of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and Virginia Seyb of Muscatine, Iowa; her aunts and uncles, Tyler and Taryne Hensley of Olathe, Kansas and Andy and Audrey Phelan of Antioch, Illinois, along with her cousins Libby and Riley Phelan.

Stella also leaves behind many loving family members who will miss her dearly.

Private graveside funeral services were held in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Pleasant Hill, Missouri.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory to Stella St. Clair Phelan and may be sent in care of Mark and Rebecca Phelan.
